Tom Stewart, a co-founder and CEO, is a consummate authority of consolidated foodservice purchasing processes and trade agreements and has a very rich resume in the foodservice industry. In 2007 Mr. Stewart formed Healthcare Foodservice Sourcing Advantage (HFSA) as a healthcare GPO and grew that company to over $700 million in covered foodspend. Tom founded Ultimate Foodspend Solutions as a BPO option to trade agreement mismanagement and redundancies in today's marketplace.
Elkhan Shabanov, a co-founder and CTO, has twenty years experience in defining strategies, structure, and innovative Enterprise and Cloud technology solutions for start-ups and Fortune global companies. Mr. Shabanov is a trusted c-suite partner with success in directing information management, budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, and business process re-engineering in Finance, Banking, Hedge Funds, Telecom and Gaming. Experienced in shaping and leading global software engineering teams from Israel, South Africa, Costa Rica and the Ukraine.
Sanju Abraham is our lead technology adviser. Sanju holds a Doctorate of Computer Science from DePaul University. as well as an MBA with an emphasis on Technical Management in Corporate/Entrepreneurial Pursuits. He has over 17 years hands-on development experience and over 10 years of enterprise level development. He has held a number of leadership positions working as a senior developer, team lead, IS Manager, Assistant Director of Information Systems, a Consultant and Systems Architect. He has held positions at Siemens, Sears, GE, IBM and the University of Chicago Hospitals.
Bob has had an exemplary career in foodservice and is a recently retired founder and CEO of the Independent Marketing Alliance (IMA). IMA is a business alliance of strong independent and regionally dominate foodservice distributors that boast over $23B in total sales. Bob's early foodservice experience began when he was the 25th employee at Sysco. - now the largest foodservice distributor in the country. At Sysco, Bob rose to become a corporate officer and Vice President of Marketing. Prior to joining Sysco, Bob held numerous management roles in both commercial and institutional feeding operations. Bob continues to be a highly sought after consultant in the industry.
